The team
From Sydney to Pont-Aven. Jessy and David, partners in life and in work, met in the kitchens of a restaurant in Sydney.
David, head chef with 20 years of experience, orchestrates every dish with discipline and passion.
Jessy creates the signature starters and trompe-l'œil desserts, her trademark.
With them, a team of six passionate professionals who give their all every day to deliver a sincere, delicious and memorable moment.
